Leap Year Check

In the Gregorian calendar a year is a leap year if it is divisible by 4, except that years divisible by 100 are not, unless they are also divisible by 400. Write `is_leap_year(year)` that returns `True` or `False`.

Input format

`year`: a positive integer.

Output format

`true` or `false`.

Examples

Input: year = 2024

Output: true

Divisible by 4 and not by 100.

Input: year = 1900

Output: false

Divisible by 100 but not by 400, so not a leap year.
